> We had a 25 year old rotted window casing that required replacement.  Kozar Construction came in and assessed the job accurately, scheduled the repair in a timely manner, communicated clearly, and performed the job with great workmanship.  Pricing was also  transparent and fair.  I voiced my concerns on matching the window casing and how the finished repair would match the original aesthetic;  all was done perfectly.  Since the repair was completed over a year ago, I haven't thought twice about it and there have been zero issues.  All said, I would use Kozar again and it's nice to have the "easy button" in your pocket for home repair.
