> They dumped materials in the middle of the road, leading to the Sheriff coming out to have us move it. Custom Outlooks would not move it. The next day they demo-ed some old turf and then left that in the street also for another day. They installed new turf and travertine pavers. Many of the new pavers were cracked or have chunks missing. After 5 calls and 30+ days they have not resolved and don't appear they will.
> They also updated our sprinkler system. Immediately after all the plants started looking terrible. It again took 5+ calls and 30+ days for them to send someone out out to remedy.
