I've worked with many other designers/architects and I have to say, without criticizing the others, that Howard, Matt, and Donovan met all my expectations and then some, and the home they designed is awesome. It started out as a high end spec home but ended up pre-sold, based solely on the plans, before construction even started! And that's the best testimony there is.

A: I'm sorry, we don't have the dimensions for this room.    It's not very large - around 10' x 10' I guess.
