He came over to our house and we told him we were interested in getting shelving in two closets and a pantry. Rather than taking our number and telling us to call for an appointment, he took the measurements in the closets and pantry, and told us that he would forward them to someone at the shop so they could call us with ideas and then a quote. We worked with Sarah who was very helpful and we didn't even have to go down to the shop. The plans she sent us were tweaked ever so slightly and we made a date for installation. Two very nice fellows arrived on time on the appointed day, did the installation, and completely cleaned up before leaving. A kick plate still needed to be installed at a later date along with some small shelves; that work was done quickly and efficiently. I like the 2” acrylic strips that are used in this photo to hold hanging and post earrings. They appear to be independently mounted , although I cannot find a source for them.
