The 20'x15' Family Room is one of the best designs we've seen, and the 11' ceiling really clarifies the space, without requiring a vault or two story. The master suite offers great balance between the spacious bedroom, bath layout, and the very usable walk in closet. So many architects shortchange the master closet, but it is very well designed in this plan. The drop zone right off the kitchen is perfect, and the "full height" Bonus Room is a huge plus! We were immediately attracted to his style and designs. Rather than hire an architect to create a custom design, we decided that one of Max’s plans had everything we wanted. We requested a few floorplan modifications (e.g. we didn’t need a golf cart garage) and Max was very accommodating to make our desired changes at a reasonable fee. Our builder had no difficulty with the plans provided, other than the absence of a materials list. The house is now built and we absolutely love it!
