> Buyer Beware!  Bonnie and David Pickartz are nothing but common thieves!  They will take your money and instead of the beautiful timber frame home you've always dreamed of, you get nothing but excuses and delays.  My husband is a retired veteran and communicated with Bonnie for a number of years planning our forever dream home.  We purchased our plans and had them altered to suit our needs.  After we signed a contract and paid her $26,000, she literally disappeared.  Finally after trying to reach Bonnie for weeks, she resurfaced after we contacted her co-worker, Bobby.  She offered to cancel our contract and give us our money back.  My husband told her we had no confidence in Goshen anymore and that it would be best thing.  Months later we have yet to see one penny from her. There are many reputable companies that build timber frames, please avoid Bonnie & David Pickartz, Goshen Timber Frame, Timberstead and anything she is selling on Amazon.
