They continued to deliver throughout the project, and we were really happy with the finished product. We communicated very well with Benjamin McGriff, and he incorporated our ideas into the design. He had many creative ideas about making our space feel large and flow well that we could not have done on our own. We had a limited project budget, and he worked with us and the contractor to match the project scope to our budget and goals. I never had to deal with city officials, because they handled all the plan review meetings. We put a lot of effort into the planning stages which made the construction phase very smooth. A: That was a client selection so unfortunately we won't be of much help here **Q: What kind of floors are these and what color.** *(in Photo Questions)* A: They are fur floors with a light stain **Q: Mirrors** *(in Photo Questions)* What size are the mirrors and where are they from? A: 24"x36" custom built **Q: These cabinets are great looking, who makes them please?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: They are just simple shaker style fronts from a local fabricator. You can get them pretty much anywhere. What makes them sing is the hardware selection and the Farrow and Ball grey paint **Q: Stair rails to code?** *(in Photo Questions)* Did those stair rails pass code? How? They are very nice but can't see how they would pass A: You're correct. The rails aren't to code but we had a reasonable building inspector on the job that recognized this particular condition wasn't much of a danger. **Q: wheresurbelly** *(in Photo Questions)* lots of interest .what's the wallpaper? other color wheels?
