> Boyles Home Improvement hands down is the best in the business for your dream remodel!  We are a repeat client doing various remodels over the past 20 years on 2 houses.  Now our second is our dream home and we wanted to do a major remodel inside to update and create the style we have dreamed of to last for years to come.  There was no doubt who we wanted to do the work and trusted.  To say Boyles hit the mark is an understatement!  From consultation, design services, selecting all materials, scheduling and project execution was a pleasure.  It is hard to find good service in any industry today, but Boyles has GREAT service!  We received the schedule for the scope of our remodel months ahead of the start date.  Sean broke it up into 2 phases because we were living in the house.  It is hard to list all that they did because it was a huge list with many fine details.  Boyles completely demoed our master bathroom and closet configuration, second and third bath, our kitchen, flooring and all exterior doors and dormers.  Everything was built back from the studs out with the highest quality workmanship, products, materials, and attention to detail.  It was exciting, yes for a remodel it truly was, to come home every day and see what had been done.  Our remodel took 3 months and finished on time.  The schedule we received months prior to the start date was spot on, every day!  The communication from day to day letting us know what to expect the next was refreshing. Boyles started and completed our entire home remodel exactly the day noted on the schedule!!!  Our home was completely transformed from top to bottom, and it is now our dream home!  We loved every aspect of working with Boyles.  We want to Thank ALL involved for everything!

> WARNING: If you let this company do work in your house, you need to check, and double check everything. They are masters at concealing damage and shoddy workmanship. Here are a few photos of stuff they refused to come back and fix because they said we found it "outside" of the warranty period. Even though it is apparent that this damage was here day one, it was just hidden very well. So, buyer beware. They are counting on you not to find the flaws until the warranty has expired. So much for honesty. I remember the good old days where if someone did a poor job, they didn't mind making it right. Those days are gone.

> The Boyles team gutted a lakefront property and added a master bedroom and bath addition while completely remodeling the interior including a redesigned kitchen and three bathrooms, new HVAC, etc.  The permitting process was a challenge with the county officials however Boyles always maintained their professionalism though out the entire project bringing it in on budget and on time once underway.  They were very creative in finding affordable products to solve design challenges that made the design element well worth the effort once completed and the new addition blended seamlessly with the existing architecture.  The Boyles team and their network of subs have always been respectful, helpful, professional, and very good at what they do.  Quality always comes first even if it means redoing something. I have used Boyles on several projects over the past 5 years and never hesitate to recommend them to others. I trust them as if they are family.
