We dealt with numerous builders who were very aggressive in their sales tactics and were not at all concerned with what we wanted. Luckily we stumbled upon Kanvi who advised us to take our time, and wanted to make sure that they captured everything we wanted in our custom home. We felt that they were transparent with costs and wanted to ensure that building a home was not a stressful process. Me and Wife were actually blown away by the service the president of this company established because no other builder has even come close. If you are a new home buyer and are a new immigrant, Kanvi is the builder to go with. Andrea has been very patient during every step of the purchase and helped us with concerns that were even out of her domain. There were few instances where she went out of the way to help ensure that every hurdle and obstacle was tackled appropriately. Although we did not have a direct interaction with Mr. Virani, the President of Kanvi Homes Inc., we knew he was always behind the scenes helping Andrea with some of our concerns which she could not answer. > We started out on our home purchase journey by browsing key neighborhoods in Edmonton that we would like to settle into and call home. But while there were hiccups, Andrea was extremely helpful and informative. She was patient and ensured we got the right advice. Bryan, John, Lana and the rest of the team were without doubt professionals in their field. The passion and love of building a Kanvi home were evident during our walkthrough.
