> We used CKF for countertops and all cabinetry in our new construction home, and the initial design process went really smooth and the company seemed to be on top of things.  Unfortunately, the design process is  the only positive experience we have had with ckf. It’s been almost a year and they still haven’t even completed our kitchen cabinetry crown or light rail yet. Seem to get one excuse after another, usually blaming the manufacture for the issues and of course taking no accountability themselves. Then you add in install issues and low quality products with a premium cost. If I could’ve gave a zero rating I would’ve. Highly Recommend shopping other suppliers in town

> I had a smaller project (replacing 2 vanity tops covering no more than 10 sq ft).  Although CKF's Countertop Outlet had a great selection of remnants to choose from, buyer beware--they socked me with a bunch of additional charges that other remnant stores did not.  They called it the "Vanity Plan", or something to that effect.  I was quoted an additional $125 for providing my own sinks, a flat fee of $200 for tear out and they even factored in $9 for granite cleaner. Net:net, this small project would have estimated to be about $100 per sq ft for granite.  $100 per sq ft--unbelievable!!  After I looked at other remnant stores, I received a bid that was 53% less for a quartz remnant, measuring, fabricating, tear out, etc.  After I received the lower bid, I tried to further negotiate with CKF's Countertop Outlet, but no concessions were made.  It really does pay to do your homework.  CKF's Countertop Outlet should better understand that there are other remnant stores from which to choose.   They should consider changing their sales strategy to be more competitive and customer-focused--not one that operates like a sleazy, used car dealership.  I used CKF's Countertop Outlet about 4 years ago to upgrade my kitchen countertops.  I'm sorry to say that I couldn't repeat my business with them this time around.

> We built a high end home and used CKF for all the cabinetry and the majority of the countertops. We spent $165K. I expected a beautiful product. Our countertops all turned out fine. Also, the initial design process was great. However, the install has been terrible. They started installing in late March. It is now the second week of July. The customer service has been bad. If you call, you get voicemail. Calls are not always returned. We have met with the install manager a couple times, going over the same things. We moved in in May and the job is still not complete. We have been very unhappy how this project has gone and would not recommend CKF. Perhaps this project was too large and they are better with smaller projects.

> I recently rated CKF and gave them 3 stars. The 3 stars were chosen because the initial process was fantastic. The install did not go smoothly. HOWEVER, since my original review, I received a phone call from the office manager apologizing for the inconvenience that I had experienced. She owned the problems and stated she understood that I was frustrated.  You can tell a lot about a company and how they handle conflict or glitches...she handled it beautifully and asked what they could do to correct the situation. This goes A LONG WAY in my book. So, I felt compelled to do another review...after the phone call and the customer service given to me, I look at my new bank of cupboards in a much more positive way and would use CKF in the future!

> Josh did a large project for us at our new build in Harlan Iowa- Pantry, Two Master closets, Two bedroom closets for kids. The drawings and design process were very efficient and changes taken in stride. Pricing came in reasonable and Josh presented the items that both added costs and ones that could reduce the cost.  Installation went great and had no damage to surrounding drywall or base boards. Had one issue with size of one piece that did not allow complete installation, but they took care of it a week later and we are very happy with the end product and service.

A: Hello! The barstools were purchased by the homeowner, so unfortunately, we do not have the information on them.

The vanity is custom to the home using Koch cabinetry in White Oak with a Sand stain. We hope this helps!
