Sharon helped me design an office that would not only hold my books, but would also be accessible back just leaning back in my chair. She was able to put built in bookshelves behind my desk in the center. She also brought in a two seated leather couch that was put near the entrance so that I could sit and stare at the corkboards across the room. I’d use them again. **★★★★ — stephaniedodd27, March 2014** > Okay, redesigning my kitchen. What to do? I knew I didn’t want what I had. I met with Sharon after being referred to her by a friend who flips houses. She immediately saw I was sinking in a stained, yellow walled disaster. She showed me samples of gemstone colors, I went with a very light blue. The color really looks good with classy grey granite countertops. Budget worked too. **★★★★ — michellemichaels, March 2014** > “I’ve had the opportunity to design my house to my liking and while my taste is a little irregular, Sharon has been accommodating with my ideas. I’ve always the jazz era so I wanted a design to be sleek with clean look. She did a wonderful job installing a hammered metal countertop that really jived with the black and white tile backsplash Sharon suggested.” **★★★★★ — directorscut, Sept. 2013** > I got great value, beautiful window treatments with fastidious installation. At A Glance Décor delivered on their window designs with professional perfection. They actually made the wood shutters to fit my large bay front window and my master bedroom at their workshop. Their eye for color was excellent-the shutters matched the color of the wood on my furniture. Just beautiful-huge thumbs up! ## Selected projects - [Furniture, Draperies, Lighting Etc.](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/furniture-draperies-lighting-etc-pj-vj~2469329) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 17 - [Educational Design](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/educational-design-pj-vj~1713117) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 4 - [Interior Design](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/interior-design-pj-vj~1201954) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 3 [See all 3 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/architects-and-building-designers/at-a-glance-decor-pfvwus-pf~1384364478) ## Ideabooks - [ataglancedecor ideas](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/4853573/list/ataglancedecor-ideas) — 13 ideas - [Horwitz](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/30693286/list/horwitz) — 34 ideas - [rustic vanity](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/5522729/list/rustic-vanity) — 3 ideas [See all 3 ideabooks](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/users/ataglance) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
