We didn’t have much knowledge about the building process but now realize we didn’t get the guidance we would have liked from Todd Design especially regarding the upstairs .For a $1.2 million home we wanted and expected more. The only 3D visual that was shown to us for the downstairs foyer, living room and kitchen. It did not preview any of the rooms and it never showed us upstairs. > > Our builder had to point out that our front door was not centered like they are generally- and they worked with us to redraw and basically redid some of Rice’s work. > > While we like the home, we wish we could live it more. > We just had an overall vision of something different for a custom home and felt like too many revisions would end up costing more and more so we felt we had to settle. We were hoping Todd’s role would include acting as an advisor as well, but we will be better prepared next time.
