> Absolutely worst experience i have ever had with any contractor. first it is over a year and the project is not done.  The wood is falling off the unit leaks and the sound is so loud it feels like you are at an airport. the unit has also shut down over 4 times.  each time when they sent out a tech the problem would be resolved for a few days then immediately shut down.  repeated phone calls are met with a response of we are trying to figure out how to remedy.  sent an email over a week ago showing the wood falling down and the unit leaking only to hear radio silence from the company. they advertise themselves as a high end company, and charge as one, but to date this has been the worst project i have ever had done.  i would not use this company under any circumstance as they have proven to be unreliable and incompetent.

> I apologize that this is the experience you are having. We certainly do not intend any of our projects to have issues or problems. We of course are aware which job this is and we have been in communication with you throughout this entire process as we work through the fix and refrigeration swap out as needed (including this week). We take what we do very seriously and will always do what is needed to correct any issue or problem that we may incur, as we are doing with yours.  As we noted in our communication earlier this week we are expecting the new replacement refrigeration unit to arrive early next week and we will be able to forward the formal plan of execution of the refrigeration replacement and replace any items that were effected by the old refrigeration unit. This will be rectified, and we are not going anywhere until you have your room running the way as intended and you are satisfied.  That has been the commitment we have extended in all communications.

**Q: Hi, How do you accecess to the wine bottles.** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This particular project is a restaurant in Miami Beach named Milos, the access is on other side of the bar area. The room is actually quite large (25' long by 7' deep by 14' tall approximately). What you are seeing is a window of this larger space. Hope that helps! Thanks for your interest!

A: Thanks! It is a product called Avonite. It has beautiful patterns and translucent properties. This was a very specific pattern created for the client.
