> Michael Bruce just finished remodeling our kitchen. Part of the project involved removing a wall between the existing kitchen and family room which allowed for the complete redesign of the kitchen's footprint. From the beginning, Michael was straightforward in his evaluation of the project in both the cost and timeline, and provided numerous resources to help us through the process. We appreciated his ethics in following all of the standards and policies of the township in order to maintain safety and compliance, and his abundant experience and knowledge gave us the guidance we needed while still being open our ideas and desires. He was always responsive to any questions and concerns we had, and displayed flexibility when we needed to alter our original plans. His "team" of subcontractors were professional and skilled, and his long time relationship with them allowed for a smooth progression throughout the process. We also appreciated his immaculate attention to detail in his reaching out to numerous suppliers looking for exactly the perfect materials. One example of this was the way in which he handled the shortening of a ceiling-to-floor window in order that the new countertop could extend the whole length of the kitchen space. This created the need for a 3-foot by 5-foot "patch" on the exterior of the house. His thoughtful consideration for a solution led him to an exhaustive search for brick to match our 30-year-old house in order that the patch could blend perfectly. This resulted in a beautiful exterior that looks as if it was the original design of the house. Michael Bruce has been an extremely trustful and competent partner in our project, and we would not hesitate to highly recommend him.

> The quality, appearance and functionality of my new kitchen is beyond my expectations thanks to Michael Bruce! Michael is the ultimate professional. He provided excellent advice and guidance throughout the entire remodel project. From the initial drawings to the final touches, Michael was involved in all aspects of the project. He visited the job regularly each morning to supervise the work and keep the project on schedule. When I traveled on business I felt comfortable with him opening my home for the subcontractors.
>
> His experience with custom home building enabled him to assemble a team of proficient subcontractors. The framer, flooring contractor, electrician, plumber, countertop fabricator, painter and especially the cabinet installer performed work of the highest quality. Michael’s cabinet installer was a perfectionist whose craftsmanship and ability to address challenges was key to the success.
>
> Thanks to Michael Bruce, I now have much more than a remodeled kitchen, instead it is an entirely new living space consisting of the kitchen, dining room and living room; it has been truly transformational!

> We moved to Gibsonia with a home that had a very small dining area in the kitchen. Upon our first meeting with Michael Bruce, he provided insight to an addition that would blend our kitchen into a large open sunroom with tall windows and perfect matching peaks of the new roof line with the existing home. The outside view of windows and siding were a perfect match to the existing home. The beams on our ceiling incorporated modern lighting that creates an impressive modern look. Even down to the trim work, Michael was able to craft a custom piece of trim that makes the flow of the room seamless to the original structure. As we updated our backyard with a custom patio in the spring of 2023, we asked Michael to help us incorporate a roof over the grill island. He matched our vision perfectly with custom corbels, clean trim lines and a metal roof.
>
> Michael was hands on daily during our construction and was very personable and easy to work with. He has a wealth of experience and is honest, fair and a perfectionist. Each subcontractor was hand chosen by Michael for their specialty and his experience with them. They were professional, courteous and trustworthy. Thanks Michael for making our home one of a kind!

> We are a family of 5 now, but at the time of discovering Michael, we had twin 2 year olds and I was 5 months pregnant! Hence.....why we needed an addition on our home! After interviewing many contractors, we found ourselves asking one another, "Is this guy for real?!!! He is too nice...he is too reasonable.....his work is meticulous....and he truly LOVES what he does." That kind of passionate care about one's work is hard to find these days. Michael was always on time, respectful, and communicated with his crew on our demands and wishes. He even bought our "other new addition (baby Jackson)" a baby gift when he was born. I will always find his timing to be spot-on.....Michael finished our addition (which included 2 stories- a gameroom, master suite, and office) the day of my c-section!!!! We would not recommend anyone else but Michael Bruce. Thank you again, The DiLeonardo Family (and Trax, the dog)

> While we were deciding on a kitchen remodel, we had numerous contractors in to give us estimates. Michael Bruce was the only one who had the insight of how to rearrange walls in our house to give us our dream kitchen. Michael is a good honest guy that does quality work. He along with his workers always were friendly and a pleasure to work with. His team did an excellent job on our kitchen and it would be our pleasure to have them work in our house again. We can't say enough good things about Michael Bruce and his team.
> It was an excellent experience from the 1st time he came to our house for an estimate to the job was finished.

> The 2 story home I purchased had a first floor load bearing wall eliminated, without consideration to retaining structural integrity. Michael Bruce was consulted for a potential solution, at which time a strategy was defined and clearly communicated, and it was apparent that Michael had the knowledge and experience to quickly access and suggest his recommendations.
>
> Michael constructed 2 temporary walls on each side of the area where the original load bearing wall had previously existed. A beam was built on site of steel and wood. The joists were cut and the beam lifted between the joists and positioned on steel posts within the studs of the interior walls. The joists were then attached to the custom beam with joist hangers.
>
> The results were successful, and the structural integrity has been restored, The job was performed professionally and cleanly, and finished in the time period and budget that Michael had projected.
