It's a description few homebuilders can honestly aspire to, and even fewer actually achieve. Add to this both Developer of the Year and Builder of the Year honors, and the title is clearly well deserved. Now in its third generation of family ownership and management, the Moceri Companies has consistently exceeded the housing aspirations of generations of customers with unmatched consistency. That legacy, cultivated by shaping residential environments of unrivaled grace and comfort for more than 40,000 Michigan families, endures today as the industry benchmark. Built on the cherished principles of STRUCTURE, INTEGRITY and TRADITION, the Moceri family established itself as a skillful designer, land planner and builder in the 1950's with its inaugural development in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Today, the designated Master Builder continues to fulfill that early promise by setting the standard for homebuilding excellence in the 21st Century. Moceri's skills have never been more evident than at its newest, most luxurious, master planned communities: Stonewater in Northville and The Oaklands in Oakland Township. Each has been awarded the prestigious Development of the Year honor. In both communities, Moceri's clear vision, Old World craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail once again place the dreams of the most demanding buyers within reach. ### Services Provided - New Home Construction - Custom Homes - design & build ### Areas Served - Rochester - Oakland Township ## Business Details | Field | Value | | --- | --- | | Business Name | Moceri Homes | | Address | 4911 Pinnacle Blvd., Rochester, Michigan 48306, United States | | Phone | (248) 373-6200 | | Website | http://mocerihomes.com | | Followers on Houzz | 193 | **Social profiles:** - Facebook — https://www.facebook.com/MoceriCompanies?ref=hl ## Contact - **Houzz profile:** [Moceri Homes](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/home-builders/moceri-homes-pfvwus-pf~1384557018) - **Website:** http://mocerihomes.com - **Phone:** (248) 373-6200 ## Credentials **Certifications & Awards** - 2014 BUILDER OF YEAR - 2014 COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR - 2014 DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR - **Best of Houzz:** 4 awards (2018–2023), for Design. ## Reviews **Overall rating: 4.3 out of 5 — 11 reviews** ### All 11 reviews **★★★★★ — Marianne Jones Interior Design, March 2017** > I worked with Moceri Custom Homes on a new home design build in downtown Rochester, Michigan of approximately 3,400 square feet. The project lasted approximately 18 months. The team was supportive. The trades were professional. The outcome was award winning design. The homeowner was thrilled with the overall results. **★★★★★ — Nancy Salvia, Oct. 2016** > We built with Moceri Homes. The quality was excellent. In addition the customer service was superior...building is a process and they walked us through every detail. **★ — polyakpa, Sept. 2016** > We bought a house built by Moceri in the 90s. It's beautiful on the outside (which is the reason we bought it). As we started remodeling, we realized that once you scratch the surface, everything is made with poor quality materials, workmanship and without attention to details. From the rotten windows, to the stairs made of 0.75 in plywood, to the plumbing that was done completely wrong, to the light switches that were connected with just tape... not a single second was spent to make sure the work was done right. Pretty on the outside and sold to the highest bidder. **★★★★★ — Nicole Rocco, March 2015** > Moceri homes are the best in the state! Frank & Dominic are a pleasure to work with and they want nothing more than to make the home owner happy and provide top notch quality homes. The vendors they work with are all outstanding, professional, hard working, kind and talented individuals. I can't say enough.. i will only build with moceri from now on and i recommend them to everyone interested in a new home! **★★★★★ — georgefrasier, March 2015** > I first heard about Moceri Homes during Homearama 2014. Out of the 6 model homes open during that time, 3 being by Moceri, they by far out shined the other three homes in my opinion. Each model home of Moceri carries unique qualities that fit anyones desires and likes. > > After visiting the Pinnacle, I was so intrigued that i had visited their Kingsridge and Cloisters models as well. Both neighborhoods, even the condos have individual characteristics. Loved them all! > > From modern to classic, every home is of top notch quality. With the true feel of a custom home, there is no "cookie cutter" way for Moceri! **★★★★★ — marieciccone1, March 2015** > Working with Moceri Homes has been a pleasure. From the beginning until the end, the Moceri's have brought quality and sophistication to the table. No wonder these dream builders won 2014 builder of the year!! **★★★★★ — giovanni64, March 2015** > I highly recommend Moceri Homes. They are an absolute pleasure to work with. The Moceri's built my home in their Kingsridge Reserve development. My new home displays true luxury and sophistication. Great craftsmanship and customer service! **★★★★★ — kristinamariee, March 2015** > Moceri Homes does excellent work. They built my current home in their Kingsridge Reserve development, and we love it. The plan is elegant and displays true craftsmanship! **★★★★★ — marlenemansou, March 2015** > I am in love with Moceri Homes! They really help create your dream home, assisting you with your desired budget right from phase 1. Everyone that i have met throughout my process has went beyond my expectations in helping through the selection process and meeting the deadlines. Moceri Homes is truly a family company, that considers their buyers and potential buyers family as well. **★ — wiggy8, Sept. 2014** > I am living in a Moceri condo on a temporary basis while I search for a home. I am absolutely disgusted by the quality of the build. The walls have absolutely little to no insulation, and I hear garage doors opening and closing through the night and day. No one should have to live this way, even on a temporary basis. Moceri takes definite short cuts on quality and I would not trust any build by them. > > I have another colleague who is leasing at Heron Pointe off of Silverbell in Rochester Hills. She moved there with her parents, who are both elderly. The noise is so bad, that her parents are getting stressed. > > There is no excuse for such bad living conditions. Moceri should be ashamed of themselves. **Comment from Moceri Homes:** > Moceri Homes prides itself on using the best quality products available, we are sorry you may have experienced an issue with a Condo or an Apartment , we encourage you to come visit one of our Award Winning Model Homes at The Pinnacle in Oakland Township.
