We have lived in every time zone in the country and renovated many homes along the way. All prior renovations pale in comparison to the home in Greenwich, CT that DAS Custom Builders renovated for us. I have never seen such quality, efficiency and timeliness! Every project was done on time, on budget and to the highest standards. We gave them quite a challenge to get a neglected, foreclosed, 10,000 square foot home up and running in just a few weeks before we moved in, but they got it done. The house needed every major system checked, repaired or replaced, along with plumbing, painting, electrical work, water issues, fencing of the entire 4 acre property, new entry gates, a new roof, cosmetic changes, etc. The entire experience was like magic! As the list grew longer and longer with the results of each system evaluation and add-ons by the homeowners, they never wavered in their ability to handle each and every new item as it came up. It also did not add any time to the finish line. The house was ready when they said it would be and it was the for the amount they quoted.
