> I thought I had a good relationship with this guy. When I stopped writing checks, the interest in responding to me stopped. I will be more than happy to amend this review if/when this gets resolved.

> I had plants die which were said to be guaranteed for two years. I hired Planned Environments less than a year ago. I've not been able to get him to come and see what died so I had to replace myself what should have been at no cost to me. Furthermore, I had to pay extra to have him do the irrigation to qualify for the guarantee - so that seems doubly shady, paying extra for a guarantee that is not honored. Very frustrating.

> Also, I think he put shade plants in the sun, so I've got many burnt plants that I don't see getting better. I would have asked him about the dead or dying plants to get his thought and input, but he's gone silent - and his credibility is somewhat compromised in my eyes at this point. Shade plants in the sun seems like an amateur move though, if you ask me. Until the non-responsiveness, I was planning on working with this company in the future as well, but that increasingly seems out of the question.

> BTW, I paid my bill promptly and completely. And it wasn't a small bill.
