Deian's piece depicting a lingcod lunging at a rockfish was the favorite of the organizing committee, and was selected as the winner. We used the original art, along with several sub-pieces Deian subsequently produced for us, for conference posters, the cover of the abstract book, coffee mugs, pint glasses, and limited edition beer bottles from Rogue Brewery. Deian's artwork was brilliant and working with her was a pleasure.
