We got a complete lesson on ALL options that were available to us including one we knew nothing about - a wood burning insert (by Quadra-Fire). This was EXACTLY what we were looking for - we just did not know it when we walked in the store - we get to burn wood and now add efficiency/heat and it looks amazing. They were able to keep within our budget, they were very thorough explaining everything we needed to know about the system as well. The installers were careful and did a perfect job. The turn-around was unbelievable as well, from our first visit to the store to the first fire being lit was under 3 weeks (closer to 2 weeks). We are using the fireplace every day and could not be happier with our overall experience. Very professional company that will do everything they say.
