We had a pinhole leak in one of the walls and the fix left two sizable holes in the ceiling and a wall. Our kitchen lighting was very outdated. Many of our cabinet doors only stayed closed with the aid of velco strips. The flooring was vinyl that was installed in 1989. We had three other contractors visit but they did not listen to what my husband and I wanted. Greg was different. He came in, made suggestions, and answered questions. For instance, I was concerned about the weight of granite countertops on my floor. Greg carefully listened to my concerns and addressed them with verified information. Greg was also very aware of our budget limits but told us what we should not skimp and things that we really did not need. He put together a remodeling package for us that included new doors, drawers, floors, recessed lighting, granite countertop, some electrical updates, and a new updated sink for a very reasonable price. During the project, he made modifications that I requested at no additional cost. Jeff, the installer, was wonderful. He was very neat, great with my pets, and an overall pleasure to have in my home. My kitchen has turned into a wonderful living space. The removed a large jacuzzi tub, pulled out the concrete to re-route the plumbing, and rebuilt the bathroom. Jason, Oscar and his crew were such a pleasure to work with, incredibly responsive and professional. Despite the huge job, we barely knew they were there even while working from home. The were very timely with the work as well. The quality speaks for itself. You hear many home improvement horror stories and this experience was the complete opposite. The sales process was reasonably painless, as most of the details were left to my wife. The installation was completely professional. The installer was very experienced with all facets of the job. No short cuts were taken, and all materials were first rate. With the exception of the installation of glass block windows the installer did all of the work, no subcontractors. The new bathroom is without a doubt the finest room in my house, and will probably be for years to come. I would highly recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath for any job big or small. The only issue was time. The job took 50 % longer than quoted. This was not a big deal, as the quality of the installation was so high. After a while the installer became like a relative that stays to long. You like the guy, but you just want him to finish. If you are in a hurry do not call Premier.
