Thanks so much! A: This is a Fine Art , hand made chandelier **Q: Would you change this floor?** *(in Design Dilemma)* A: It is a neutral which is very positive. Looks like these are new appliances and cabinets. Normally, we change the floor BEFORE the cabinets are installed, as the flooring needs to go under the cabinets and appliances. What is the material here? Is it linoleum, ceramic or stone? Very hard to tell from the photo. If it is a ceramic tile or stone, it appears to be fine. **Q: love the chairs were did you buy them** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Hi Donna. The chairs were custom made through the Lillian August line. **Q: Update look of all white brick house** *(in Design Dilemma)* What color roof, light fixtures, door? A: The only hope for the blue is on the door. I believe a red to be the better choice. These instructions you list are unusual.
