Not only did they help us find exactly what we wanted and walk us through the process of designing our own Bassett couch, but they were able to deliver to our house 2.5 hours from the store! The staff at Woodchuck's made sure to explain that Bassett had a decent wait time for new designs, but it was well worth the wait! They were great at communicating when we could expect delivery and staying in contact throughout the entire process. The gentlemen who delivered it were awesome too! They were very friendly and not only unloaded it from the truck and placed it exactly where we wanted, but they set up all the pillows and took the time to answer my questions on the fabric and the best way to clean and care for our new couch. Laura our sales person took time showing us all the different styles of sofas and loveseats that would work with for us. Laura was a HUGE help in picking out the correct fabric and color, she made sure that we took samples home to make sure the color of our rug would blend with the fabric we ultimately picked out.
