How Our Process Works: STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR STONE MATERIAL AND COLOR. We provide a wide selection of granite, marble, quartz, limestone, soapstone, travertine, and onyx in our stone yard. Our friendly sales representatives are delighted to assist you in choosing your countertop material. STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR COUNTERTOP EDGE STYLE STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR SINK. We offer a variety of sink options for your kitchen, bath, laundry, or bar. STEP 4: SET UP IN-HOME ESTIMATE. Please speak with one of our sales representatives about setting up a time for your FREE in-home estimate. STEP 5: SCHEDULE TEMPLATE You will need to schedule a time and date to have a countertop template made for your new countertops. We can make this template with or without your existing countertops. However, your cabinetry or other application foundation must be set in place in order for an accurate template to be made. STEP 6: PREPARE YOUR SPACE FOR INSTALLATION Before our installers arrive to install your new countertops, we do ask that your sink and cooktop cabinet(s) be cleaned out. You will also need to clean off your existing countertops if we will be responsible for removing them. Any new under-counter appliances will also need to be installed prior to arrival. We also ask that the installers be given clear access to your installation space. They were there when they said they would be and completed the job ahead of the estimated time. Quartz and Granite installers were adequate, but we did have some very minor cabinetry damage and have them return to fix some caulking that wasn't acceptable. > > Mandy was very good and responsive to our many questions. This is the first time we have gone through a remodel and weren't sure what questions we needed to ask; she was helpful. The one issue we had was ordering the incorrect size sink for the cabinet size we intended to use. Again, something we should have realized but did not. Then the subcontractor for the tile work had his "wires crossed" so he was 3 days late as it was over a weekend. TIle looks good but took WAY TO LONG to install. Countertops were not measured properly so the installers had to make a LOT of adjustments. Management needs to get better help in the office as well. We went in to finish our project and pay for our over $5,000 project and we were told that they would be with us soon. Then the office manager proceeded to have a "personal" conversation with the gentleman in there for over 15 min. How do you keep it clean? Love the look A: Hi Mary. Yes you can have your tile setter add a sealer additive to the grout when they mix it or you can apply a sealer to the entire backsplash after it's installed. You can do the sealer application after installation if the backsplash is a natural stone, as the pebble is. You'll want to re-apply the sealer periodically to keep the grout and stone sealed. Pebble mosaics come in full stone sheets or as a sliced stone, which would be a little easier to wipe clean because it gives you a flat surface. **Q: What is the stone?
