While the entire situation was infuriating and beyond disappointing, I was particularly angry about having paid Page for a larger counter top than they would actually need to purchase from a sub contractor for my job. > > I couldn’t understand how it was Page’s policy to keep a costumers money for a mistake their sales person made for a product which they hadn’t even purchased yet. I had to go several rounds with my sales person regarding this point before finally persevering and receiving a small refund for the price difference between the size of the original planned counter top and the smaller one which we actually needed. > > There appear to be plenty of positive reviews about Page’s services and while it’s nice to know for the most part that things go right for their customers, anyone whose thinking about using Page needs to be aware that when things go wrong, Page has no sense of responsibility to their customers and it could end up costing you thousands of extra dollars for a kitchen that is less than functional and disappointing.
