We have learned a lot about the construction process in the last twenty years.  We know what does and does not work in our environment and our approach is simple.  We use timeless design with tested techniques while staying current with new technology to build a home that is not only built to last, but also built to cater to each owners unique needs in this environment.  

Our biggest advantage is that we are small.  Owner/Operator Dominick Guliuzza still wears his nail bags and will be hands-on in the framing, siding, roofing and finish trim portions of your house.  Dominick being on site through the construction process ensures that your home will be built correctly the first time.   His close working relationship with employees and subcontractors translates directly into better controls in the entire building process and a very high quality product.

## Community Q&A

**Q: How would you freshen up this exterior on a $10,000 budget!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I'm looking to update this 1950's split level. We're getting new windows so maybe this is a good time to change up the siding. Maybe add a portico? Porch? Planter boxes? The one shutter on either side looks funky
to me.  Help!!

A: If your current garage doors are in good condition, you can hire a carpenter to add a craftsman style wood finish over the top of the existing doors. Its cheaper than buying pre-made craftsman wood doors. That can save you some money for the rest of your project!
