Their first priority is to help the prospective customer understand the actual costs of their project, be it a new deck or a custom home, then helping them realize that goal without overtaxing the customer's financial resources. If this means having a "reality check discussion" (as it did with us), they will guide their customer through the decision process with actual facts and figures based on current market costs - not the "sorta-kinda-maybe-if-you-hold-your-mouth-just-right" discussions offered by some. If (again, as it did with us), additional costs are incurred during the project (not "cost overruns"), Chad and Jamie will do everything they can to minimize the budget pain while offering the best solutions they can (see \#1). > > Our goal was to build our last home - the one that we would retire into.
