We very seldom see the level of teamwork, commitment and competency in the General Contractor team and the attention to the selection of the proper subcontractors. > First impressions typically come true for us in both business and life experiences. Upon our first meeting with Chuck's team we felt comfortable discussing the project with Better Builder since they anticipated our questions and answered all of them without hesitation in line with our needs and expectations. Many preliminary options and product selections were discussed with Chuck as we refined our design prior to our submission for a formal bid. I mention this because it reflects a higher level of cooperation and commitment to our project than we were accustomed to on other builds. This open dialogue allowed us to improve the end result throughout the build, while keeping it on schedule and close to the original budget. > Everyone brought on to the project team was courteous and helpful as we made adjustments as needed. Their office staff is beyond belief. They maintain contact and insure that that the ordered building materials are exactly what the customers wants.
