Wow! They exceeded my expectations on all items! Everything turned out beautifully and I am so happy I chose DFW Painting. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but they were minor, and resolved immediately. Victor and his crew were awesome - great communication at all times. The painter did not show up on my contracted, scheduled day to paint and was very late on rescheduled day. The painter then arrived at my home without necessary drop cloths and tape so he left for an additional hour to go acquire them. The painter could not speak very good English so I had a hard time communicating with him on what I needed and understanding what he was asking me. The painter worked very, very slow which was a concern because I was paying for a day of painting (I supplied all the paint). A project manager never came by to review his work on the day of painting or to help with interpretation even though I requested. I called the company to explain my concerns but management was very unprofessional and rude and not helpful. In addition, the quality of work the painter did was not what I would have expected from a professional painting company. Dezi showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and worked with me to meet my budget. I was out of town at the time of the actual painting, so Dezi made arrangements to give the crew access. Over the course of two days they painted four rooms (walls, ceilings, trim, doors) and a stairwell.
