We had never done a remodel before and this was our first home, so we didn’t even know where to start. We spoke with a few other teams but Reliance showed such patience and explained the processi in a clear and straightforward way and we could tell they cared about preserving the charm of our older home while updating it. They really earned our trust and we are so glad we went with them! > > Our remodel was significant: tore down kitchen walls, turned one bathroom into two, refinished our hardwood floors and added hardwood floors to the kitchen - seamlessly blending in the hardwood - retiled the fireplace, added a kitchen nook and built ins, installed big kitchen island, lighting, etc. a ton of stuff! They did a major master bathroom suite remodel. I really appreciated their whole team's professionalism and attention to detail. Ben, who oversaw the project, was clear, honest, reliable, had a "can do" attitude, and gave us really good advice and options along the way. The project estimates and subsequent invoices were detailed, fair and we never had any "surprises." The designer, Golnaz, was outstanding: she took our rough ideas, helped us visualize them, and made recommendations in response to our style and budget. All their tradespeople were terrific at their respective crafts, and very focused on quality. When there was a mistake, Ben was quick to make it right. Even after the job was finished, he returned unprompted to bring a small part that had been missing on a fixture. Our bathroom, closets and master suite turned out so well. The project entailed gutting and rebuilding a roughly 400 square foot detached room including moving and installing new walls, lights and electrical outlets, plumbing including 2 sinks and washer/dryer, multiple doors, A/C and a dry bar. People showed up when they were supposed to, did what they were supposed to and, on several occasions, went above and beyond what we expected. As with any project, there were a few small hiccups along the way, all of which Ben and his team were quick to remedy. The area is tight and are currently using an old weathered ladder. However it is not attached and the rungs are tough on feet. I can add flat steps to the ladder if I had this type of mounting system or just purchase this ladder assembly.
