**★★★★★ — Matt Litter, Nov. 2017**

> I always enjoy having them work on projects in my home. To date, their team has completed seven projects for me over several years. The staff is kind, professional and fun to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

**★★★★ — Danny Burchette, Nov. 2017**

> Dream Maker did a great job for us, I would certainly recommend them and would call them again for additional work. Tod Colmbs and his assistant Todd were both pleasant to work with. They were good workers and left the place clean every day.

> Thank you Danny. We enjoyed working for you and Rita.

> We had 2 bathrooms completely redone. New walls/tiles, new showers/tub, new fixtures, new vanities and tops, lights, flooring . Just completely all new.
> Absolutely Loved the outcome. They were totally professional, worked with us on changes, issues that came up during the process. Cleaned up all the mess, in fact I joked they left the house cleaner after they were done than before!!! Just outstanding guys to work with.
> Highly recommend them.

**Comment from Floyd Builders, Design & Consulting, Inc.:**

> Thank you Ruth for your Review. I greatly appreciate it.
> Tod

**★★★★★ — Linda Cartwright, March 2017**

> I'd like anyone who is thinking to remodel to know about Todd Combs. I remember the concern of finding a builder who is experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. New to town, I had to trust my instincts when searching for the perfect man for my kitchen and bath; I want to help someone else in that position to have the benefit of trusting Todd Combs to expertly design and build according to your own vision of the space.
> A couple of years later, I hired him again to build a new large front porch and it is the talk of the neighborhood! It looks as though it was with the house when it was first built.
> Your project with Todd, will be easy to live through because Todd's work area is always clear at the end of each workday; he keeps you informed of any issues; he is easily trusted; he is talented and aware of the modern materials, fixtures, and appliances.
