I initially contracted Tri-Built Services to design and construct an outdoor kitchen and patio (which include bar and hot tub covered by pergola) addition as well as the landscaping of my front and backyard. It was suggested to me to try Tri-Built, so after my first initial meeting with Jason, Jeremy and the architect I was sold. My kitchen remodel included extending an exterior wall to add extra space, removal of everything down to the studs and completely rearranging the layout. I cannot express how pleased I am with the completed project. Jason and his group are very professional and completed the job in the time indicated. Jason and his team quickly got up to speed on the current issues and began to address the tasks to be completed.  Jason and Jeremy addressed the key issues and kept the project moving forward.  As with any custom home project, we had sub contractor issues and Tri Built stayed on the subs to keep them engaged in the project.  Tri Built continues to follow up on warrantee work as needed promtly.   I would certainly recommend Tri Built for additional residentilal construction work.

A: Hi Glenn, thank you for your inquiry.  This particular home has a unique story, as Tri-Built was hired to finish it half way through.
