Victor and his team had to restore our marble countertops which had been in terrible condition from the previous owner. They were able to take out all of the stains and scratches, restore the finish and actually change the finish to a matte look which we preferred. I then made the mistake of not being careful with some veggie wash (which I didn't realize contained citric acid!), so it wound up staining the new finish. I called Victor, he understood the problem and he came out and redid the countertop again free of charge! He's very professional and extremely personable, explains the process and care needed, and I know I'll be using his services to help us maintain our marble going forward. Your service rep came over mesured and showed me different finishes. He even ground down two spots to show me the different satin finishes which helped me to choose. The house was a new purchase and way empty so there was no furniture to move excep in the laundry room with contained a washer, dryer and refrigerator. All the rooms to be refinished were travertine with no saddles, one flat floor. Your service man finished his work late in the day. I did notice a few spots next to the floor molding that were not done. Since it was around 5 PM and the movers were to come with our furniture the next day I let it go. After moving in and washing the floor a few times I notice that most of the areas next to the moulding were not done. I believe I was told there was a special hand tool that was to be used to minimalize damage to the moulding. Don't think Amy of it was done! **Comment from All Marble Restoration LLC:** > We take pride and stand behind all our work, our customer satisfaction is a top priority. I am sorry you did not inform us, as we could have easily addressed those areas. We did complete the job as agreed (as far as we knew). It sounds as if you may have changed your finish from a higher polish to a honed finish. In order not to damage molding, we use a hand machine to get as close to the molding as possible, as the floor machine is big and could damage the molding. It is a very laborious process since it is all done by hand. If any missed areas were noticed I wish you would have called, we would have come back promptly to address them. **★★★★★ — suzanne\_weinstein, July 2015** > What a wonderful company! When I called for an estimate, I was called back immediately with an appointment. Our marble floor had areas that needed cleaning and restoration. And, the marble bathroom vanities were a real mess. The estimate was very fair and all the work was done promptly neatly and professionally. At the last minute, he included my shower floor (for a price) which he was able to do, instead of having to come back again. I had forgotten to tell him about it, when he gave me the original estimate. He was extremely accommodating. When several of my friends needed their marble floors restored, I proudly supplied the name and information, since All Marble Restoration is a "keeper".
