Their work is exemplary. I have used them for the past 3 years now. I use them to mow and string-trim my lawns and they have never failed to do a great job for me. I also use them to mulch my gardens as needed. Their Chocolate Color Mulch is much, much better than any other I have ever used. It stays the same color all season and never has weeded on me. I have a neighbor across the road that has been using them for many years. You have to see her lawns and gardens, omg. Once I decided to have them do my lawns my property has looked 100% better. And they use high quality employees. Nice people with good attitudes and good manners. And they smile. James took the time to come to our house, and actually drew out the design he had in mind for our front landscaping project right there for us to watch and make suggestions. It was 100% a team effort - We worked together through the whole process from start to finish. > The project was scheduled for late June, but they had an opening in their schedule and they were able to complete the project a month before the expected date which was very helpful because we had a big wedding celebration at our home in the beginning of July! Everything looked great, and still does! During the actually project, the team came every morning, were friendly and polite, and cleaned up after the day was done. They worked for a whole week, and we had no complaints while they were there. > The pavers are perfectly done for our walkway and our stoop. We LOVE it and have received many compliments on it! The plants that we got are all doing well, too. There was one that didn't take to the soil that well, mainly because we have had a serious lack of rain this summer. The plants are very low maintenance, and easy to take care of, which is what we were looking for! > James followed up with us once we returned from the honeymoon - He congratulated us on our marriage and was genuinely interested in how things went. He stopped by to check on how things were growing and how they looked. For the plant that wasn't doing so well, he gave us advice on how to move forward with caring for it. He even answered my question prior to purchasing. Then he met with us to see what we had in mind and followed up with a plan for the walkway and estimates for additional work done on the two front steps. He even proposed what we might use for plantings for our future planning. He communicated both by phone and e-mail several times over the weeks leading up to the job being done, answering any questions I had. Our endless winter made a starting date a little difficult to pin down, but they did the work pretty much when they predicted. > The workmen came the first day and demolished the one set of steps, laid out the design and prepared the base of the walkway with gravel. One of the guys even mentioned that we might want to check a couple of our roof shingles before they came too loose. > The following couple days were exciting to come home and see the progress. Each day, the workmen left the area cleaned up and organized. They were efficient and worked hard even through inclement weather. We love the look of the new paver walkways and steps. It gives the house a whole new appearance. > I really don't know how the pricing of this company is compared to others since I've never had any work done like this. However, as soon as we met James, we were quite sure we were more interested in the quality and personal service the company provided than if we could save a few dollars elsewhere.
