He also found ways to re-purpose some of the knotty pine paneling for a downstairs room to carry the rustic cabin feel throughout the house. The project was large, including installing a new 36 inch glue-lam roof center beam with a crane. The result was a spectacular blend of old-Tahoe charm with new light and views. Trevor met with me every Saturday when I would drive up from the Bay Area to review progress. He was exceptionally accommodating of my schedule . Since this house was older it needed a considerable amount of its infrastructure to be improved including supports for the second floor, significant electrical work and a lot of plumbing that needed to be re-done. That was really another great aspect of working with Trevor is the communication. Whether it was the foreman on the job or Trevor himself, they are always willing to take the time for you. I live four hours away from this property so I had to rely on them working around my schedule. I even had a emergency situation and was able to get in touch with Trevor on a weekend I knew he was out of town. This along with many other things really built the trust I have in Trevor. Not being on site each day requires a lot of trust and Trevor has been the right person for that.
