> I bought a second home the end of Dec 2014 and my immediate concern was getting a security system and more importantly, remote access capabilities to monitor heat levels installed for when I was not there. Literally, the morning after my closing, Liberty came to the house and ask me what my concerns were. There was no push to "sell" me anything I did not want, rather it was a personalized, human approach to address my needs and concerns. A rather big difference from a company like ADT - and just what I was looking for. They worked up a bid, worked with me on the permit required by the local police, ordered and installed 2 motion detectors, a heat sensor alert and the main control panel on the first floor, plus a flood alert in the basement - and most importantly put an app on my iPhone for me to control the system from afar. So far so good....until a low heat alert (my furnace quit) went off in the middle of the night and I was 100 miles away. They personally called me to make sure I received the alert and personally went to my house to wait and let the oil company enter and service the furnace. They did not leave, until the house was warm again - way beyond what their expected role of a security company should be. I am grateful to them for not letting my pipes freeze, for helping me install a realtor box with a key outside the house if there should a next time – and most importantly for being kind, considerate, responsive professionals I know I can count on. I feel that they always have my personal needs in mind and have even recommended other contractors to me who have a similar work ethic, when I've needed other services on my house. I feel as if I've become part of their family and highly recommend their company to anyone in need. A++
