> Richard Kirby (then with his former company) built a custom home for us in Nicasio in 2010. He had an excellent reputation back then which is why we hired him. He did an excellent job in every respect. He was efficient and yet thorough, he took responsibility for problems that arose, and he got them solved with a minimum of involvement by us, he was careful with change orders and worked with us to minimize them, and the quality of his work was excellent. Importantly, he has continued to stand behind his work since its completion, and we could not have asked for a more professional contractor. We have recommended him to others, and we plan to have Richard do a remodel and expansion for us of another home later this year.
