After a recent walk through of numerous items that needed to be corrected, the owners told me that the job barely broke even so they wouldn't do anymore work. So much for their warranty. All the issues were a result of hiring bad subs, lack of attention to the job and rushing. > > They have some good people there but the lack of professionalism in standing by their work and their over scheduling of projects leads to poor project outcomes and yet, it's for a high cost.
