> Tom is an instinctive craftsman, but also very "flexible" when what was supposed to be behind those walls & floors in our old home (1915) is Something Unexpected! He has a high degree of FSO ability (Figuring Stuff Out), and the patience and skill to make it look great in the end.
> I believe it's important to find a firm like his and assure that your "problems" (even before they emerge in old house work) are in good hands. We've never had him back to fix anything he had a part in, only to invite him in for additional jobs (5 over the past few years, from tearing out two whole bathrooms for re-do to simply laying a maple floor). You can learn a lot about patience from Tom, and about "doing things right!"

> Used Reitmeyer remodeling to build a large pre-fabricated structure that required a lot of general contracting work as well as research and problem solving during the installation. Tom and his crew showed up on time, kept a very clean project site and managed a lot of varying tasks with skill and professional attitude. The project was completed on-time and under budget. All extras were explained to me included full details and options. There was some extra work that was done which ran into some issues and Tom and his team came back and did all of the rework at no charge, Nice to have honest and trustworthy people to work with out there.

> We have used Tom Reitmeyer for a few projects and have been extremely happy every time.  He laid wood floors and re-did baseboards in or kitchen, dining room, and downstairs hall;  He constructed and installed new pillars on or front porch; and he re-did a bathroom after a flood (laying new tile, installing vanity, toilet, cabinet, mirror, lighting, and doing all the finish work).  For every job, Tom gave a complete and accurate estimate, walking is through the job in advance to explain the process and costs.  He and his partner were a pleasure to have in or home.  They were mindful of mess and safety.  They finished on time and cleaned up thoroughly.  There were a couple of times when THEY weren't happy with something (something we didn't even notice), and Tom asked us if they could go back and fix it!  That's someone who cares about their work!  Can't recommend Tom Reitmeyer and his team enough!
