From the exterior these windows are covered with opaque white and brown/yellow fog. When looking at the windows from the driveway you cannot see through these windows. I contacted the company that installed them and they advised that the windows had failed due to a defect. The discoloration is on the inside of the double paned windows. It is truly hideous to look at and I am embarrassed by my homes appearance. BE WARNED! Almost all of the reviews for these windows are written when the windows are new. The pricing is good, warranty seems adequate and we like the installer. However, there seem to be very few reviews online regarding the product. Does anyone have an experience with the bay view series they could share? Thank you for your time!
