"A place for everything and everything in its place." It’s my mission statement and, at Sorted & Styled, it’s what I live by. 

I’ve been organizing as far back as I can remember. As a Navy BRAT and gypsy adult, I’ve become an expert on packing and unpacking and love purging and reorganizing my own space. I started Sorted & Styled in 2014 to turn my passion into my career. I am a member of NAPO and NAPO-Houston and am the Director of Professional Development for our local chapter. 

I was voted Miss Congeniality at Miss USA so, even though tough-love is sometimes necessary through this process, you're in good hands!

> Organizing a home after 23 years can be a challenge, especially so when you are a small business owner who has limited time and energy.  Hiring Meredith was the best thing I could have done.  She has a system for organizing any space and makes recommendations on how to maintain it whether it's a closet, room, pantry, etc. She also recommended tools and containers and actually sent me links so I could shop for them online.  Meredith not only met the challenge of organizing my home, she also did a fantastic job of helping me organize my home office. > My closet and my husband's closets were disasters.  Both of us have clothes that fit, clothes that use to fit and clothes we hope will fit again, and I have a hard time throwing out clothes that might fit or might come back into style.  Needless to say I hadn't cleaned these two closets since we moved to this home 17 year ago.  Meredith came in and pulled everything out of the closets.  She sorted first the "things" that were in style 10 to 15 years ago (they didn't fit anyway) these items went into the give to charity bag - who knows they might make some neat costumes.  Then she pulled out all the clothes that were too large and still in style this pile was to go to "Dress for Success".  She then sorted the rest of the clothes by season and color.  Shoes and purses were also sorted, tossed and arranged.  Meredith did all of this while I was at work and when I came home we went through the piles to make sure there was nothing that I wanted.  I was proud that I only pulled a couple of outfits back and a pair of shoes.  My closets now look fantastic, I can see what I have and am able to maintain the closets.  Besides that she made enough room in the closets that I was able to buy a few new outfits.  Thanks Meredith and the next time you are back in Billings let's work on some of my kitchen cabinets.

> I would absolutely recommend Meredith to anyone having trouble getting the clutter under control in their house.  She is energetic, has great ideas and is super nonjudgemental.  She is easy to work with and makes dealing with the stressful issue of organization less stressful.  And not only does she help clean up the messes you already have, she helps you come up with organizational techniques to avoid reaccumulating the mess again.  I have used her help in many areas of my house, and I am happier to spent time in those rooms because of the work we have done together.  She is also very accommodating of my pets, which is important for anyone I bring into my home.

> My parents (in their mid-80s) moved to a condo and were overwhelmed with the chaos, unpacking and the like.  I live in NYC and couldn't help.  I found Meredith and hired her to go meet my parents and survey their place to see what she could do.  They are somewhat control freaks so I wasn't sure that they would even let her do her work.  She charmed them and then wowed them.  She got them unpacked, organized their kitchen, closets, office and craft/work spaces, arranged and hung pictures and generally turned their new space into a comfortable home.  They could never have done it without her and to have it done in a stress free and happy way was amazing.  I am grateful to her for taking care of something that I couldn't do, and for doing it way better than I could imagine.
