We waited to write a review to allow inclusion of fit/finish over time. Kelli Smith and her crew, as well as their selected subcontractors, were very professional and provided high-quality workmanship. We have had no need for repairs or corrections after 2.5 years and are highly satisfied with the value for what was paid. We had appx. 1,000 sf finished including 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 exercise room and a great room with wet bar. But I think what most impressed us about Kelli is that she followed up with us 1 month and 2 months after job completion to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was working like we expected. I offered my own assistance in the electrical system and ceiling as I was very anal about certain aspects of the game room (I have owned a few different homes with game rooms). Their personnel worked with me very well, and the finished product exceeded my own very critical expectations. I am extremely happy with the room, and have had several parties where the guests can't stop commenting on the space. Once the project was underway, we made some running changes such as adding a fireplace and a walkout door where a window originally resided. Also added a "Prize Cage" as we went. James and Kelli are great people to work with, and their expert personnel have done a great job.
