> We were very happy to meet Jason and hire him to re-finish our deck.  Our deck was constructed over 27 years ago.  Rotting boards had been replaced and it had been re-stained many times; but Jason and his crew managed to make it look like it was almost new again.  I was very pleased with the finished product and would recommend the Property Butler.

We decided with the owner that their money may be better spent replacing the boards. We sanded the railings and other features that were still in good shape and replaced all of the horizontal decking. The finish product is essentially a brand new deck.

We then replaced about 15% of the decking boards that were not worth saving. Everything was then sanded and buffed and coated with one coat of high quality wood oil preservative.
