From the initial meeting with sales rep Michael to the installation by Raphael and Varushka, everything was accomplished with the utmost care, thoroughness, and professionalism. I was tremendously impressed with the install team previously mentioned. They took the greatest care to see that the job was done perfectly and in a timely fashion. The installation was in fact done a full month earlier than scheduled, and took three days to complete. All of the material was delivered on time with nothing missing. The representatives from the company, Mike and David, were in touch all during the job, and were very helpful from start to finish. The shower is beautiful and functions perfectly. I would recommend Install America for any and all of the jobs they offer. (1 in kitchen, 1 in dining room and 1 in the living room). > The windows were made in about 4-5 weeks and installation was in 6 weeks. 2 guys arrived and completed installation in approximately 4-5 hours. I was sick that day and laid on the couch most of the day sleeping, but would check on them occasionally. > > Not once did they wake me due to noise. Not only did the manager Michael not honor the contract, he said they should not have offered the contract to me. We signed a job for 14,000.00 with 1/3rd payment down. The sales representative Justin said he thought they would be more professional and not just call to cancel the service the day before the job was to begin. I had to cancel my check for the nearly 5 thousand dollar deposit which cost an additional $30.00s. Michael said that he needed an additional 6,000.00 to do the work. Not sure how anyone could be 6K off from an estimate and stay in business. However, the project did not finish until March 27, 2023, taking over 2.5 months instead of the promised timeline. This significant delay caused me a great deal of inconvenience as it disrupted all my life plans. Additionally, living on the construction site for 2.5 months was unhealthy and stressful, which exhausted my nerves. > > Furthermore, I was disappointed with the lack of from the assigned project manager. The project manager never called back to provide updates on the project's progress, which left me in the dark about the timeline for completion. > > To make matters worse, after agreeing on the cost of the project, the salesperson added an additional $10K, referring to the fact that something was forgotten. This is unprofessional and unfair. > > Quality and quantity of work performed does not match the cost of the project, and I feel that I am being overcharged for services that were not adequately provided and while I have attempted to address my concerns with management, I have been met with resistance and have not received an itemized bill that justifies the charges. > > In response to these inconveniences, Install America graciously installed two additional niches (that were already in the contract), which is not adequate compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused. We were interested in getting a roof replacement before Winter. The old roof went thru too many Winters' already! This is a 2 and 1/2 story home that has a steep roof with several huge gables and valleys which was a difficult job to replace. It was a job for the experts to handle. The salesperson was knowledgeable, and a contract was agreed upon. The materials that were used was the best quality and should last our lifetime. We appreciated the roofers, they worked from sun-up until dark four days straight, completing the job just before the rain and snow arrived. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing, installing the new roof on the main house and front and back porches. Reinstalling the gutters and cleaning up. The job went great from start to finish. All the Install America representatives answered all our questions and sent us pictures of our beautiful roof. We will recommend them to our family and friends. After the material was ordered and arrived within a week the installation guy (Tyler) showed up and began the demo. Over the next couple of days he completed the shower rip out and rebuilding of a new one. He was on-time every day, very courteous and polite, and did an excellent job, as well as the cleanup. Was a pleasure to work with, and when I can I have another bathroom that I will want remodeled, and Install will be my go-to company.
