These guys had no problems with the dog and quickly installed the water heater cleanly and professionally. The company is family owned and the guys are extremely friendly. Greg and Brandon were great from the get go. Very professional, and so quick that we decided to have them take a look at another sink while we had them. By the time they left our sink they came for was working like new, they performed some maintenance on the other sink, and they even noticed our new fridge and offered to hook up our water on the way out even though they were probably on a tight schedule. My only complaint is they don’t have an office in Boston and I have to find a good plumber again now that I moved.
