> I would give Jay a 10 if I could.  I had to pull both sides together to get the arms to bend to close for 3-4 years til the day came it would not close. I searched everywhere and one day pics popped up of a person who did a review with pics and everything matched my staircase.  He said how to contact him on Facebook and I found this and he immediately answered.  I sent him pics of everything and that very day he contacted me and had everything I needed and the price including shipping and he immediately sent me an invoice through PayPal and in less than 2 weeks I received my parts.
