He was very honest and did not try and up sell me but, rather provided with the pro's and con's of each product.  When I made my decision Ed was very professional, clean and neat.  He is a real craftsmen who believes in measuring several times to ensure accuracy and the perfect fit.  I am very happy with the results and would gladly recommend Ed to install window coverings at anyone's house.  He made it a great experience before, during and after the installation.  His workmanship is of the highest quality.
