We hired Overall Remodeling to do several large projects in our new home including kitchen remodel. They did Refused to finish the project for the contracted price. They kept the majority of the funds for the project and we left project halfway done. Ended up having to hire a new contractor at great expense to us to finish the project. **Comment from Overall Remodeling:** > Contractor BEWARE. This homeowner was horrible to work with. Could not please her, and made continuous changes that slowed down the job. We were to the last phase before the final draw and due to covid increases of materials we were slightly over the bid and warned them of this months ahead. They agreed to pay for each step as we completed and then breached that agreement also. They refused to pay another dime toward a 3 week to finish until the entire job was completed so without funds to pay my contractors we had to quit but they changed locks and went to a lawyer which was also breach of our contract. We even offered to finish the job without pay as a contractor for the 3 weeks. You won't be able to please her no matter what and the job will never get finished. We have never walked away from a job before but we weren't willing to get a loan to finish their house.
