We used them to refinish our bathroom showers when we first moved to the area. Then we had a pipe break and flood all 3 floors of our house back in October. They were very helpful and understanding. Lou is very responsive as well. I had constant questions throughout the two months that they were working on the house and he always answered quickly and was very flexible on things when I would change my mind. They got to work basically right away (and much sooner than other companies that we spoke to) and moved quickly.
