This was a complete remodel: some roof repair, bathroom addition, tile throughout the house, wiring repair/addition, kitchen cabinets and granite counters, some replacement window panes, new interior solid wood doors, front slab. > Price was very competitive for this project. Work was done quickly. The foreman kind of dropped the ball at the very end of the project by not finishing a few items such as molding in bedroom, a subsequently requested electric outlet up on wall for microwave and a plumbing screw-up on the water softener caused by one sub-contractor that did shoddy work. However, I had these things completed myself and John Clemens reimbursed me the money to have the water softener replaced and correctly installed, which was very nice. > Si, in summary, John Clemens was great to work with and the foreman, Juan did a good job. All issues were resolved satisfactorily within a few minutes.
