> We just wrapped up a large project with Lindy Design Build that included a master bathroom remodel, kids bathroom remodel, and enclosing a vaulted ceiling on the main floor to create an additional upstairs bedroom, en suite bathroom and upper floor laundry area. The entirety of our upper floor and most of the main was updated with paint, flooring, etc. This was all completed in less than 4 months! They gave us our dream design on time, on budget and with a beautiful final project! We loved our home before and are enjoying a beautifully update space that suits our family so well. My husband and I are so glad we trusted our home to Lindy’s expertise.
>
> Here are some specifics that set Lindy Design Build apart:
> -Thorough pre build process: the feasibility study is an invaluable tool to explore layouts and scopes of the project. We were presented with 3 layout options for our project that the Lindy team was able to hash out with us before we selected a floor plan to move forward with.
> Ashley took our inspiration pics and created a design that was spectacular and unique, while capturing the elements we loved from the inspiration photos. The plans, product procurement, permits and approvals were thought through, organized and in place before demo even began, which is a very thoughtful approach.
>
> -Full scope and firm estimate solidified BEFORE demo: we were able to “value engineer” in some places, as suggested by Lindy, in order to meet the budget and still achieve our desired design. We really appreciated how much time is spent in pre-construction firming up the allowances and budget so that there is no surprise billing later. The client knows up front what to expect to pay and at what specific construction interval each payment is due.
>
> -Quality of their team, contractors and sub contractors: we lived in our basement throughout this project and felt completely comfortable with (if not completely fond of) the Lindy team and the sub contractors working on our home, especially with us being home during all of it. They were incredibly respectful of our home, and of us living in our home during the remodel. The contractors and subs seemed to be highly qualified and experienced in their fields.

> The team at Lindy was truly a pleasure to work with! Ashley was incredibly thoughtful in working within my budget while still creating a stunning, beautifully designed space. From our initial meeting through installation and final walkthrough, the entire process was seamless and well-coordinated. I would absolutely look forward to working with Ashley and her team again on future projects!

**★★★★★ — HU-457410287, Oct. 2025**

> Our experience with Lindy Design Build was top notch. From the beautiful design by Ashley all the way through construction with Lars and his team, the whole process was seamless. The estimate was within 5% on a fairly large scope and the project was even finished slightly ahead of schedule. We walked Ashley through the things we wanted to accomplish, and she even suggested some fun add ons that really made the project pop. The quality of the work has been outstanding, and we couldn't be happier with the way our house turned out. Ashley and Lars make a point to get to know each of their clients and really listen to what they want to accomplish to ensure the project not only looks fabulous but that it fits the needs of the families they are serving. We highly recommend Lindy Design Build!

**★★★★★ — Avi Salamon, Sept. 2025**

> We recently finished an extensive 6-month remodel of our main level. We couldn't be happier with the end result, and the process went as smoothly as one could hope with a project of this magnitude. Lars and Ashley are a great team and bring a ton of experience in the industry, and it shows. They have a great team of contractors who did an exceptional job. They were open to our ideas and were able to incorporate features into the project that suited our personalities, allowing us to make the home our own, but were quick to offer feedback to keep us in check. We met regularly throughout the project and they kept us updated frequently of any changes. I can't emphasize enough how rare this is, but the project was completed within a week of the estimated date we were given when we started, and budget changes were mostly due to our own choices rather than changes that the team made during the project. The final product is stylish, suits our personalities and the quality of the work is excellent throughout. Any issues we noted after completion were quickly assessed and rectified by the team. We couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Lindy, and I'd gladly work with them again for any future projects.

  - Description: This mid-century home in Golden, Colorado had graceful bones, but decades of well-intentioned remodels had left her disjointed. Layers of architectural clutter had piled up over the years until the original character of the house was hard to see through them. Our work was to peel those layers back and return the home to a state of simple elegance, with a design language true to the architecture that had been there all along. The rhythm of the original ceiling beams became our unit of measurement…

  - Description: Our client wasn't ready to leave the home she loved, but a change in her health had made the upstairs bathroom harder to reach, and the main level didn't have a full bath. We converted one bay of her three-car garage into livable space, which gave us the room to build a fully accessible bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a proper mudroom and laundry on the level she actually lived on. Wide doorways. Heated floors. A curbless shower with a drain that disappears under the wall. Aged brass grab bars t…

  - Location: Denver, CO

  - Description: There’s something undeniably special about a home that lets you feel every room. That’s what drew us to this project—a historic gem nestled in Denver’s Baker neighborhood, owned by two wonderful clients who had a clear vision: a house that reflects their love of character, creativity, and comfort. From the beginning, it wasn’t about gutting the past—it was about celebrating it, layer by intentional layer. Each room in this home holds its own personality. They don’t just flow—they flirt with you.…

  - Location: Arvada, CO

  - Description: There is nothing we love more than the opportunity to work with two of our favorite clients again! Three years ago, we helped these long-time homeowners remodel the main level and loft area in their beloved 1970s family home, transforming it into a space they could see themselves growing old in. We tackled the dated staircase, patchwork flooring, lighting, wall finishes, and fireplace. So, when they reached out again ready to remodel their kitchen and bathrooms- plus give their family room an ae…

  - Description: This whole-home renovation in Aurora, Colorado reimagines everyday living with a fresh perspective and timeless design. From the warm, functional kitchen with Fireclay Tile and Monogram appliances to the statement-making primary bath with Bedrosians tile and Brizo fixtures, every room reflects thoughtful detail and designer craftsmanship. Custom Tharp cabinetry, curated lighting from Visual Comfort and Rejuvenation, and sophisticated finishes from Kohler, Top Knobs, and Sherwin Williams create a…
- [Coal Creek](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/coal-creek-pj-vj~7334961)
  - Location: Erie, CO
  - Photos: 29
  - Description: Our clients were looking to make this home their forever home and to create a warm and welcoming space that the whole family would enjoy returning to every day. One of our primary goals in this project was to change how our clients moved through their home. We tossed aside the existing walls that blocked off the kitchen and introduced a butler’s pantry to connect the kitchen directly to the dining room. Contrast is king in this home, and we utilized a variety of light and dark finishes to create…
- [Berkley Lake Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/berkley-lake-home-pj-vj~7334675)
  - Location: Denver, CO
  - Photos: 37
  - Description: We were so excited to help these new homeowners reenvision their split-level diamond in the rough. There was so much potential in those walls, and we couldn’t wait to delve in and start transforming spaces. Our primary goal was to reimagine the main level of the home and create an open flow between the space. So, we started by converting the existing single car garage into their living room (complete with a new fireplace) and opening up the kitchen to the rest of the level.
- [Bowles Lake](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bowles-lake-pj-vj~7628378)
  - Location: Littleton, CO
  - Photos: 21
  - Description: There’s something uniquely satisfying about a space that just works—a room that’s not only beautiful, but deeply in tune with the people who live in it. At Lindy, that’s always the goal...or at least one of them. And in our recently completed Bowles Lake Project in Littleton, Colorado, we brought that ethos to life in a primary suite that now feels like a true retreat. Our client came to us with a clear challenge: a primary suite that didn’t feel primary at all. The bathroom was cramped and outd…
- [Westerly Creek](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/westerly-creek-pj-vj~7343462)
  - Location: Denver, CO

  - Description: Our clients had just recently closed on their new house in Central Park and were excited to transform it into their perfect forever home. They wanted to remodel the entire first floor to create a more open floor plan and develop a smoother flow through the house that better fit the needs of their family. The original layout consisted of several small rooms that just weren’t very functional, so we decided to remove the walls that were breaking up the space and restructure the first floor to creat…

  - Location: Denver, CO
  - Photos: 25
  - Description: Our Clients We were excited to be brought into this project just as our clients were closing on their new home! They already loved living in the building, so when this condo became available it was the perfect opportunity to move into a space with even better views and a ton of potential! Our clients requested an enticing 21st floor nest where they can soak in the views and revitalize their spirits. It was important to create a playful modern aesthetic that felt inviting with pops of color again…
- [Baker Four Square](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/baker-four-square-pj-vj~7334697)
  - Location: Denver, CO
  - Photos: 31
  - Description: This historic four square had been victim to a few remodels over its life, and our clients’ primary goal was to make their home feel cohesive. We all loved the layout and flow of this home and treasured the moments of original historic fabric it still had, so we decided to lean into the home’s assets and carry them through out the remodel.
- [Bonvue Ranch](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bonvue-ranch-pj-vj~7326529)
  - Location: Lakewood, CO
  - Photos: 25
  - Description: Our Clients Our clients were ready to trade in their 1950s kitchen (faux brick and all) for a more contemporary space that could accommodate their growing family. We were more than happy to tear down the walls that hid their kitchen to create some simply irresistible sightlines! Along with opening up the spaces in this home, we wanted to design a kitchen that was filled with clean lines and moments of blissful details. The Kitchen Crisp white cabinetry paired with a soft grey backsplash tile and…
- [Tudor Bungalow Kitchen](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/tudor-bungalow-kitchen-pj-vj~7326507)
  - Location: Denver, Colorado
  - Photos: 19
  - Description: Our Clients Our clients were ready to make this charming bungalow into their family’s forever home, and we never pass up an opportunity to get our hands on a little historic gem. We were all enamored with the existing historical features in the house (pointed arches for the win!), but the kitchen was in need of some imagination and creativity to give the family the functionality they needed and make it feel like an integral part of their home. The Kitchen The original kitchen had a small doorway…
- [Plum Creek](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/plum-creek-pj-vj~7336528)
  - Location: Castle Rock, CO
  - Photos: 25
  - Description: Our clients were looking to erase the 90s from their primary bathroom and create a space that blended their contemporary tastes with natural elements. This bathroom had wonderful bones with a high ceiling and plenty of space, but we were able to work with our clients to create a design that better met their needs and utilized the space to its full potential. We wanted to create a sense of warmth in this large primary bathroom and adding a fireplace to the space did the trick. By moving the tub l…
- [Applewood Atomic Ranch](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/applewood-atomic-ranch-pj-vj~7336547)
  - Location: Lakewood, CO
  - Photos: 37
  - Description: When a client tells us they’re a mid-century collector and long for a kitchen design unlike any other we are only too happy to oblige. This kitchen is saturated in mid-century charm and its custom features make it difficult to pin-point our favorite aspect! Cabinetry We had the pleasure of partnering with one of our favorite Denver cabinet shops to make our walnut dreams come true! We were able to include a multitude of custom features in this kitchen including frosted glass doors in the island,…
- [Millbrook](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/millbrook-pj-vj~7343447)
  - Location: Littleton, CO
  - Photos: 22
  - Description: This 1950s home was sporting elements of the original kitchen and the dark space was not meeting our client’s needs. The original kitchen didn’t have much to offer in the way of functionality, so our first order of business was to create a design that would exponentially increase the usability of the kitchen. We brought in functional cabinetry, introduced uninterrupted work surfaces, and added plenty of lighting to brighten up their kitchen. They also wanted to open the new kitchen to the living…
- [Heverly Heights](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/heverly-heights-pj-vj~7343336)
  - Location: Lakewood, CO
  - Photos: 19
  - Description: Our client’s charming cottage was no longer meeting the needs of their family. We needed to give them more space but not lose the quaint characteristics that make this little historic home so unique. So we didn’t go up, and we didn’t go wide, instead we took this primary suite addition straight out into the backyard and maintained 100% of the original historic façade.
- [Belmar Park](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/belmar-park-pj-vj~7350051)
  - Location: Lakewood, CO
  - Photos: 18
  - Description: Our clients have been raising their family in this charming Lakewood ranch home for several years and were ready to make some updates to their home to make it better fit their lifestyle. In particular, the existing kitchen just wasn’t meeting their needs. They were sacrificing usable square footage to redundant circulation and the kitchen wasn’t connecting well with the other spaces in their home, so things had to change. We started by reworking the entry to the kitchen and switching up their la…
